More Flowers...Imagine That.

I'm back again!

...with more photos of the same flowers...

...but with different angles and edits...

This country-vintage-ish edit makes me crave chicken fried chicken and smothered mashed potatoes. 

Is that weird?

I love how sunflowers can look so good in black and white, too.

It's almost like dressing them in formal wear. 

...which makes me think of wedding cake...

My dianthus are blooming loads more since last week, but the squirrels think it's great fun to rip the blooms off and scatter the petals on the ground. 

Apparently they're pretty hacked that I didn't plant something more palatable.

...like chicken, mashed potatoes, and cake.

I was thinking since we haven't seen each other for a long while, and since I happen to have a taken-within-the-last-week recent photo, I'd make an appearance with my husband...

Didn't think you'd see me here again, did ya!

How have you been, my friends?

I had some down-time, which is rare. And a bit of the photo bug, which seems even rarer nowadays. 

With flowers blooming so readily in my yard, I really had no excuse to not get out and shoot.

Letting go of S&S was a tough choice to make, but God is providing me with a new direction in my life: a work-from-home job that will allow me to do something I love, be my own boss, and yet remain available to my kids whenever they need me!

 I'm not sure when or if I will return to blogging regularly, but I thank each one of you who have joined me on this journey. And I pray God will bless each one of you as you go through your journeys!
